This is a pre-release notice, not a complete customer contract or public offer of a managed service. It does not identify a contracting legal entity, governing law, service level, price, data-processing agreement or negotiated order.
Do not use this public preview for production, confidential, statutory, payroll, payment-card or regulated records unless you have a separate written agreement that identifies the operator and applicable terms.
Preview and self-hosted use
The public deployment may be used only as an evaluation surface unless a separate agreement says otherwise. A self-hosted operator controls its own deployment and is responsible for users, infrastructure, backups, provider credentials, legal notices and business records.
Do not misuse a deployment, bypass access controls, probe systems without written permission, interfere with other users, introduce malicious code or use KaryaFlow for unlawful activity.
Software licences and Community code
This notice does not replace the open-source licence accompanying KaryaFlow Community code. Rights to use, copy, modify and distribute covered code are governed by the applicable source licence.
Read the Licensing overview and corresponding-source status. Third-party components remain subject to their own licences, and no provenance-cleared public release is currently claimed.
Data and professional responsibility
Your business does not transfer ownership of its data merely by using the software. The person or entity operating a deployment needs the rights and instructions necessary to process that data and must disclose its own retention, subprocessors, security and deletion practices.
KaryaFlow is an operations tool, not legal, tax, accounting or payroll advice. Users remain responsible for source data, review, statutory filings, approvals and decisions. See the pre-release Privacy Notice.
No plan or SLA is offered here
This page does not publish paid plans, fees, refunds, uptime commitments, migration assistance or an SLA. Those obligations exist only if an identified legal entity and customer accept a separate order or service agreement.

Availability and release status
The preview may change, restart or become unavailable. No statement on this page converts the current source or deployment into a supported, signed, reproducible or provenance-cleared release.
Use exact-version exports and tested backups for any authorised non-demo deployment. Release status is reported on the Product availability page.
Account access
Preview access may be restricted to protect users, data or infrastructure or to respond to unlawful use. This notice makes no promise that preview accounts or data will be retained.
Use only seed or non-sensitive evaluation data in the public preview. The existence of an account is not evidence of a paid plan, support entitlement or production-data agreement.
Contact and replacement terms
The reserved legal@karyaflow.com receipt path is not yet release-verified and must not be relied on for notices. A commercial service must publish a verified legal contact and final terms identifying the operator before accepting production customers.
Those final terms may replace this notice for the service they identify. Rights under an applicable open-source licence remain governed by that licence.
