Accounts and authorised use
Use KaryaFlow only for purposes you are authorised to perform. Keep credentials private, use individual accounts, provide accurate registration information and notify your workspace administrator if access should change.
Your workspace and data
Your organisation remains responsible for the information it enters, the people it authorises and the business decisions it makes. Do not upload information you do not have a lawful right to use. KaryaFlow does not replace professional legal, tax, accounting, payroll or regulatory advice.
Playground use
The Playground contains sample business information for evaluation. Do not enter confidential, personal, payment-card, statutory or production information. Demo sessions may be reset so that every visitor receives a useful starting point.
Connected services
External providers may have separate accounts, charges and terms. Your organisation is responsible for selecting, configuring and authorising those providers and for reviewing provider results before relying on them.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to disrupt the service, bypass access controls, probe another workspace, distribute malware, automate abusive traffic or use KaryaFlow to violate another person’s rights. We may restrict access needed to protect users and service integrity.
Evaluation boundary
Registration is a request for evaluation or design-partner access, not automatic production activation. Production use, paid software rights or managed services require separately reviewed written terms.
